About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of the Mountain Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the renovation process, controlling and communicating the budget effectively, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R meetings
  • Confirm budget and work orders before project start
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Participate in local community events
  • Build relationships with key customers and vendors
Requirements
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
