Key Responsibilities- Phone and Communication: Provide remarkable customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members via phone and electronic communication.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and effective use of exam and treatment rooms.
- Patient Communication: Make outbound calls to patients being referred for procedures and manage patient calls regarding post-operative and billing questions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain professional relationships with referring offices and ensure confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned, including maintaining accurate patient records and performing administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of customer service experience required.
- Skills: Understanding of dental terminology, friendly and professional personality, basic office skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
