Quality Improvement Project Coordinator

Bryan Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Project Coordinator to support the adoption of the Bryan Health Improvement System and implementation of the quality and safety plan. The ideal candidate will facilitate the development and maintenance of project/committee charters, project plans and registries, schedules, progress reports, and data files for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead well-scoped projects, events, and training across the organization related to the continuous improvement division and quality programs.
2. Consult with cross-functional committee and project owners to develop and maintain charters, registries, progress reports, data files, schedules, and improvement plans.
3. Coordinate system, entity, and division regulatory and quality performance reporting matrices and timelines.
4. Collaborate with the Information Technology and Data Analytics departments on system design and configuration to support workflows and data-flows for quality programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Minimum of two (2) years professional experience required. Prior experience in quality, performance improvement, project management, or program coordination experience preferred.
