Sales Growth Specialist

Position Overview:
UniFirst is on the lookout for a driven and proactive individual to fill the role of Sales Growth Specialist, aimed at enhancing sales within established accounts across a designated market area.
As a Sales Growth Specialist, your primary focus will be to cultivate and expand existing customer relationships, thereby driving organic growth and increasing profitability through the sale of additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Growth Specialist:
- Assist current clients by identifying opportunities and leveraging existing partnerships to offer additional services, products, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to devise strategies aimed at expanding our market share.
- Conduct presentation meetings with prospective clients as necessary.
- Achieve a target of 80 activities per week, which includes 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Preferred experience in outside business-to-business sales or route sales.
