In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers to enhance user experience by investigating and resolving issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software to all Apple hardware users.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Integrity Engineer within the System Experience team, your responsibilities will include triaging incoming bug reports, analyzing logs, and prioritizing issues effectively.

You will assist engineering teams in identifying emerging issues based on bug reports submitted by Apple employees, external developers, and users.

By leveraging automation and various tools, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our features before they reach our users.

We seek an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and technically adept team member who can efficiently manage multiple tasks.

As a key contributor to the system experience across all Apple platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS, your efforts will help advance the devices that countless users depend on.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in diagnosing and prioritizing software issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time spent on issue triage to ensure prompt resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in debugging processes
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range.

This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $112,900 and $234,700, with actual pay dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
