In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers focused on enhancing system user experiences by investigating and resolving issues, ensuring high-quality software delivery to all Apple hardware users.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Software Integrity Engineer within the System Experience team, your responsibilities will include managing incoming bug reports, analyzing logs, and prioritizing issues effectively.

You will assist engineering teams in identifying emerging challenges from bug reports submitted by Apple employees, external developers, and users.

By leveraging automation and various tools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our features before they reach our users.

We seek an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and technically adept team member capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.

As a pivotal contributor to the system experience across all Apple platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS, your efforts will help advance the devices relied upon by countless users.

Essential Qualifications:
Experience in diagnosing and managing software issues.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to manage time effectively while triaging issues to ensure prompt resolutions

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in all aspects of debugging
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range.

This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $112,900 and $234,700, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
