Role Overview

We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients and their pets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients during their pet's emergency or specialty care visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about our hospital's services and procedures, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records in our veterinary management software, ensuring seamless communication between the medical team and pet owners.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up tasks related to billing and accounts with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception and waiting area, ensuring a comfortable environment for our clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software, with experience with ezyVet management software a plus.
  • A passion for animals and their well-being, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
