LPN - Skilled Nursing
Job Summary:Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong commitment to teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Complete accurate and timely record keeping for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan daily services, programs, and activities that meet resident needs.
- Prepare and administer medications, reviewing medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and implement programs, goals, and objectives that promote quality care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel, ensuring direct care is delivered in accordance with resident care plans.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
