Fragrance Sales Team Supervisor

Position Overview:
As a Fragrance Sales Team Supervisor, your primary objective is to enhance sales and provide exceptional service within the Fragrance department(s). You will leverage your extensive product expertise and inspire a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets. Collaborating with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors, you will implement company and store-based events to reach sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Align business priorities with daily activities of all team members by understanding and guiding on how brand training, events, and product strategies drive sales.
- Foster teamwork, exemplify desired behaviors, and communicate activities to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with vendors and store leadership to execute events according to the marketing calendar to meet sales plans
- Assess business performance and devise strategies to surpass daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual goals
- Onboard new team members, evaluate colleague productivity, provide coaching and feedback, and partner with store leadership on team performance
- Promote a cross-brand selling environment and train the Fragrance team on all unassisted brands and key department items
- Provide customers with engaging experiences, opportunities to explore products, and build relationships that encourage repeat visits
- Utilize our clientele program to cultivate customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and communicate promotions and product launches
- Enhance brand loyalty by engaging customers in our rewards program
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning through personal behaviors, product demonstrations, and peer-to-peer learning
- Stay informed on product knowledge by participating in virtual and in-person training from designated brands
- Manage new merchandise, process damages, testers, and select items for vendor returns
- Comply with safety and hygiene standards; adhere to asset protection control procedures

- Possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and flexible in adapting to changing circumstances
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes retail hours, such as days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (general education degree or GED)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking throughout the store or department
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices
- Activities including reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, and color vision
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
