About the Role

As a Senior Field Representative within the Water & Wastewater division at French & Parrello Associates, you will be integral to our project management and execution efforts. You will collaborate with a dynamic team responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of various water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure initiatives. This position will involve cross-functional collaboration within our group and occasional support to related teams such as Field Services, Geotechnical, Construction Engineering, and GIS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to devise solutions for water supply, treatment, storage, distribution, wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment, and environmental compliance.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with client representatives, utilities, contractors, code officials, and the public as necessary.
  • Compile daily construction reports, document construction progress through photographs, and maintain detailed records throughout construction, testing, and startup phases.
  • Monitor and track material quantities and completed work, assisting with contractor payment applications.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on safety practices and protocols throughout all project stages.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction oversight and field representation, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • A solid understanding of construction practices, methods, procedures, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting construction activities and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Must maintain a safe driving record and possess a valid driver's license to meet travel requirements for this role.
