Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Field Representative within the Water & Wastewater division at French & Parrello Associates, you will be integral to our project execution and oversight initiatives. You will collaborate with a dynamic team tasked with planning, designing, and managing the construction and initiation of various water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure projects. This position will require cross-functional collaboration within our group and occasional support to related teams such as Field Services, Geotechnical, Construction Engineering, and GIS.
Key Duties Include:
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to devise solutions for water supply, treatment, storage, distribution, wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment, and environmental compliance.
- Engage and communicate effectively with client representatives, utilities, contractors, code officials, and the public as necessary.
- Compile daily construction reports, document construction progress through photographs, and maintain detailed records throughout construction, testing, and initiation phases.
- Monitor and assess quantities of materials and completed work, assisting with contractor payment applications.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on safety practices and protocols during all project stages.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction oversight and field representation, preferably in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- A solid understanding of construction practices, methods, procedures, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documenting construction activities and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must maintain a safe driving record and possess a valid driver's license to meet travel requirements for this role.
