We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing customer service team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and accurate customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs, guide customers to appropriate products and services, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Clearly document and log customer details through all forms of communication.
  • Use CRM technology to keep customer records and capture customer feedback.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as required.
  • Provide key information regarding customer trends to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent telephone, people, and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Punctual, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and be solution-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency with internet navigation, MS Office, and emails.
