We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to take on the role of Front Desk Agent at MKM Hotels.

Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a memorable experience throughout their stay, and managing guest accounts during check-out. Your duties will also include assisting with bookings, serving as a hotel operator, and providing concierge services. Your primary objective is to deliver outstanding service to guests from arrival to departure, optimize room revenue, and maintain high occupancy levels.Benefits
