Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide personalized service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure accurate room inventory
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods
