Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and address quality and safety issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on quality and safety performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction quality control and safety.
  • Experience working on projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
  • Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or ability to obtain/renew.
  • 30-hour OSHA construction safety class certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid OSHA 10/30 certification.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
Working Environment

The majority of the work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, involving interaction with individuals of diverse functions, personalities, and abilities.

Physical Demands

An individual will be required to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and repeat motions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $99,176.00-$147,606.00 per year. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location.
