Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of service technicians to ensure timely completion of customer commitments
- Review and analyze workload and manpower to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with front-line managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the door and access control industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
