Position Overview

Medtelligent is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Visual Communication Specialist. This role is essential in crafting and implementing engaging digital and print visuals that resonate with our audience and align with our mission of enhancing healthcare solutions. The position involves collaboration with various teams across different regions, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.

Salary Range: $59,700 - $67,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create a wide array of design materials, including social media visuals, email marketing assets, printed materials, website components, event graphics, and other promotional content.
  • Support the creation of international designs while maintaining brand integrity across diverse languages and markets.
  • Collaborate with the design and branding teams to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions that reflect Medtelligent's brand identity.
  • Revise and enhance existing designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in visual designs across multiple languages.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Brand Alignment: Develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that are consistent with Medtelligent's brand guidelines.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize design principles, layout techniques, typography, and color theory to produce visually appealing designs that adhere to brand standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and relevant stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into high-quality designs.
  • File Organization: Maintain and organize design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current trends and best practices in graphic design and healthcare marketing to continually improve the quality of visual content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the healthcare sector or a similar creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design capabilities and creativity, particularly in digital and marketing materials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.
  • A passion for healthcare and an understanding of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Desirable: Experience in creating basic motion graphics or videos for digital platforms.
