Requirements

  • 1+ Years of Construction Project Management Experience: Possess 1+ years of construction project management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills with Microsoft Office: Possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Office to facilitate project management and documentation.
  • Working Knowledge of Project Management Software: Possess a working knowledge of project management software to facilitate project planning and execution.
  • Solid Numerical and Analytical Skills: Possess solid numerical and analytical skills for project budgeting and basic estimating.
  • Dependable and Punctual: Possess a strong work ethic and be dependable and punctual to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to Develop Productive Relationships: Possess the ability to develop productive relationships with project stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position for a federal project in Fairfax County, VA.
