Job Title: Project Engineer

Noblis ESI is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the development of future ground architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
  • Assist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost, schedule, and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; cross-program coordination; and programmatics.
  • Support Agile-based program management and implementation of a Model-Base Systems Engineering approach.
  • Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, and PMRs.
  • Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support.
  • Serve as technical expert in their assigned area.
  • Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers.
Requirements:
  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph.
  • Experience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC.
  • Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation.
  • Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability.
  • Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily.
  • Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendar.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and 0 years, OR Master's degree and 0 years, OR Associate and 3 years, OR High School/GED Diploma and 6 years.
Compensation:

$77,800 - $121,600

$103,800 - $196,075

$125,500 - $237,050

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
