Key Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Advocate, your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying and recommending products and services that meet members' needs.
  • Performing essential teller functions, such as account management and fund transfers.
  • Promoting online banking and assisting members with enrollment and e-statement processes.
  • Handling incoming calls, assessing caller needs, and providing direct assistance or referrals.
  • Managing loan payoff communications with dealerships and insurance companies.
  • Collaborating with various departments to fulfill member requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of six months in a financial institution or customer service environment is required.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Compensation:
$19 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
