SCF is dedicated to serving a primary demographic of Alaska Native individuals affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), as well as Alaska Native and American Indian communities within SCF's operational area. It is essential for employees to possess a comprehensive understanding of the cultures and needs of this population. 2. A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  3. Must achieve PHR certification within one (1) year of employment commencement.
Native Preference Policy:

In accordance with P.L., as amended, SCF adheres to a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. Certification from SCF Human Resources is required before applicants can receive preference.

Adherence to SCF's Employee Health procedures is a prerequisite for employment. Candidates must agree to comply with all job-related health screenings and immunizations prior to starting work. Positions classified as Health Care Personnel (HCP) require documentation of completed immunizations, including MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19.
