Overview:


The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive nursing care while adhering to established standards and philosophies. This role involves providing and overseeing patient care for a designated group of individuals.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) collaborates effectively with various shifts and departments to ensure seamless continuity of care. Additionally, the CNS offers clinical guidance to novice nurses and supports their professional growth.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty is desirable. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. A valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact license is necessary.
