Hampstead Pre-Owned is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of automotive repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Manage inventory and maintain organizational standards in the service department
  • Test drive repaired and serviced vehicles to ensure quality

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and managing small teams
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
  • ASE Certification (preferred)

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Average compensation (hourly/salary + average commission): $70,000 - $90,000
