Job Overview

Position Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Department: Site Operations

Reports To: Site Manager

Status: Non-exempt (hourly)

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to become part of our expanding team at ECN Operating LLC. This role is crucial for working alongside the Principal Investigator, human subjects, Institutional Review Board (IRB), and pharmaceutical companies to guarantee the effective and precise execution of clinical trials from the initial planning phase through to trial completion and subsequent closure. Candidates should have a solid understanding of clinical trial methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to research protocols by evaluating all regulatory standards to verify the application of suitable methods, practices, and procedures for all research activities.
  • Facilitates accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting.
  • Engages with research participants to assist in determining eligibility and obtaining consent according to study protocols.
  • Communicates and collaborates specific study requirements with the research team, including internal and external stakeholders, sponsors, monitors, Principal Investigator, and study participants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist.
