Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical efforts for multiple subsystems, including a wideband receiver and software-defined radio.
  • Manage budgets and utilize forecasting resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Foster close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.
  • Support technical reviews internally, with the customer, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, or Math) plus 9+ years of related Engineering experience.
  • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance with full investigation within the last 5 years.
  • Minimum of 2+ years technical multidisciplinary project leadership experience for highly complex hardware, electronics, RF, or mechanical projects with little oversight.
