As a key member of our Advanced Programs team, you'll be responsible for leading technical efforts, managing budgets, and fostering close working relationships with cross-functional teams and customer counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical efforts for multiple subsystems, including a wideband receiver and software-defined radio.
- Manage budgets and utilize forecasting resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Foster close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.
- Support technical reviews internally, with the customer, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, or Math) plus 9+ years of related Engineering experience.
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance with full investigation within the last 5 years.
- Minimum of 2+ years technical multidisciplinary project leadership experience for highly complex hardware, electronics, RF, or mechanical projects with little oversight.
