Senior Technical Procurement Specialist

At Assurance Technology, we seek a highly skilled Senior Parts Engineer to guide the selection, procurement and processing of high reliability space systems components.

The selected individual will be part of our parts engineering team, collaborating with design engineers to select suitable components, finding necessary substitutes where required, and ensuring that components are procured and processed in line with each space program's specifications.

The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail, proficiency in generating procurement and processing documentation, and a solid understanding of military, government, and industry specifications governing space systems parts procurement and processing.

A working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is required. The selected individual must also be a US citizen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist design engineers with component selection
  2. Determine necessary substitutes for components
  3. Ensure procurement and processing compliance with space program specifications

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with space systems parts procurement and processing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • US citizenship
