Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in supporting Enrollment Management's goals to admit and matriculate a growing freshman class.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring students are admitted within established service objectives and maintaining accurate application data processing.

This position will serve as a liaison between Admission Operations and the Undergraduate Recruitment team to ensure excellent communication is maintained.

The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for answering inquiries from internal and external customers related to application statuses, admission operations process/procedures, and updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with students, parents, and school counselors regarding application status and admission decisions
  • Collaborate with the Undergraduate Recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree and prior experience working with high school students are preferred.
