- Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills while engaging with customers and colleagues across various communication platforms.
- Processing inputs from multiple sources, including social media and internal systems, for callbacks, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Efficiently handling a high volume of inbound calls using effective listening, inquiry, and problem-solving techniques while maintaining courtesy and respect.
- Documenting detailed and accurate information from customer interactions.
- Supporting field operations, technician scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Facilitating warranty claims, parts replacements, and direct communication with customers to ensure appropriate resolutions.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- A strong desire to contribute to a successful team.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- A comfort level with high call volumes.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through a customer-centric approach.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage constant changes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, intermediate skills in MS Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
