Job Title: Associate Support Specialist - Payments

Join Veracross, a leading provider of School Information Systems (SIS), as a key member of our Technical Support Team (TST). As an Associate Support Specialist - Payments, you will be the first point of contact for customers utilizing our VC Pay Tuition Management and Payment Processing product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with core users (school administrators) to resolve configuration and utilization issues related to VC Pay.
  • Analyze customer requests, replicate issues, and provide solutions or escalate to senior support teams as needed.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and with external school business offices to address non-technical and operational concerns.
  • Assist in identifying and logging system bugs and enhancements, as well as maintaining internal and external knowledge bases.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of customer support experience in the software industry, with a focus on end-user support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under various constraints.
  • Passionate about learning new software and applying fundamental accounting principles to build and retain knowledge of business modules.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing timely resolutions.
