Associate Support Specialist

Join Veracross, a leading provider of School Information Systems (SIS), as a key member of our Technical Support Team (TST). As an Associate Support Specialist - Payments, you will be the first point of contact for customers utilizing our VC Pay Tuition Management and Payment Processing product.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with core users (school administrators) to resolve configuration and utilization issues related to VC Pay.
- Analyze customer requests, replicate issues, and provide solutions or escalate to senior support teams as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and with external school business offices to address non-technical and operational concerns.
- Assist in identifying and logging system bugs and enhancements, as well as maintaining internal and external knowledge bases.
- 0-2 years of customer support experience in the software industry, with a focus on end-user support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under various constraints.
- Passionate about learning new software and applying fundamental accounting principles to build and retain knowledge of business modules.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing timely resolutions.
- Competitive salary range: $58k to $65k (annualized USD) + potential bonus.
