At New York Cardiovascular Specialist, we are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare treatments to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine clients' facial skin using magnifying lamps to identify areas of concern.
- Demonstrate proper skincare techniques to clients, including washing and cleaning their skin.
- Recommend personalized skincare regimens based on clients' skin types and concerns.
- Cleanse clients' skin using water, creams, or lotions, and apply special treatments such as peels and masks.
- Extract blackheads and sanitize tools and equipment.
- Answer phone calls and schedule client appointments.
- Process payments from clients.
- Associate's degree or training in a vocational school.
- Appropriate certifications and/or licensures.
- Experience in skin laser therapy, microneedling, or body contouring is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
