Job Title: Youth Advocate

Join our team as a Youth Advocate and make a positive impact in the lives of youth and families in Memphis-Shelby County.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as a Youth Advocate. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families, utilizing a strength-based approach and the wrap-around model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources is preferred.
