Regional National Sales Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional National Sales Assistant to join our team at Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our national sales efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

* Enter orders received from our national advertisers in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain regular communication with the National Sales Manager, national agencies, and other station departments
* Develop a thorough understanding of the sales process and Nielsen ratings
* Organize and maintain schedules to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

* At least 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferred
* High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
* Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus
