Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, offering flexible scheduling to suit your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as sanitizing areas and vacuuming carpets.
  • Clean restrooms, wash windows and walls, and move and arrange furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, and tidy throughout the day to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Eliminate trip hazards and adhere to our community's safety program at all times.
  • Understand and carry out oral and written directions, and champion hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks, and make decisions in the residents' best interest.
