Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make tailored recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by promoting Talbots' brand and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service metrics, and to support the overall goals of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of fashion trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
