At Quality Edge, we're looking for a talented Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and builders in the CO/WY/UT/ID area.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from residential to commercial, and help them achieve their business goals. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth through our distribution partners.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and builders in the CO/WY/UT/ID area. \t
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. \t
  • Drive business growth through our distribution partners. \t
  • Provide ongoing customer training and support with current and new products and tools. \t
  • Learn and use the selling features of all the products. \t
  • Share with the organization customer product development opportunities. \t
  • Submit price deviation requests and credit requests on behalf of customers. \t
  • Utilize Salesforce to document customer contacts, interactions, and opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Associated or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship. \t
  • 2-5 years business-to-business sales or in-home selling experience. \t
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills. \t
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. \t
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. \t
  • Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results. \t
  • Self-starter with ability to identify opportunities and start working on solutions with limited direction.
