Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
  • Contribute to new business revenue generation monthly and work towards achieving individual and team goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The first year's earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance.
  • Our compensation package offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year, providing passive earnings and the potential for exponential income growth.
  • Top performers can qualify for an annual President's Club trip.

Requirements:

  • Pass the state licensing exam, once hired.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
