Job Overview

Modrow Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing them with expert insurance advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Needs Analysis and Consultation: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, and provide exceptional customer service to exceed their expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles and analytical skills to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Professional Certifications and Licenses: Possess a Property & Casualty license and be willing to obtain any additional certifications or licenses required by the agency.
