Key Responsibilities:

  • Input guest details accurately into the system.
  • Issue players cards to visitors.

  • Process data for promotional offers and players club benefits.
  • Promote ongoing promotional activities and manage kiosk operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and precision.
  • Support inventory control, telemarketing efforts, and coat check services.
  • Make necessary announcements over the public address system.

Skills & Competencies
