Compensation

Our compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of up to $74,500, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This competitive pay reflects our commitment to supporting our clinicians in achieving their professional goals.

Job Description

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for providing exceptional care to clients. As a part-time licensed talk therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services, working collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) or LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC
  • Experience working with couples and children, as well as behavioral health generalists
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
