LPN-Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ochsner Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IV therapy credentials.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.
