Key Responsibilities
As a CT Algorithm Research Scientist, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Designing and executing advanced imaging algorithms tailored for CT clinical applications, scientific inquiries, and pre-clinical investigations. You will validate the effectiveness and precision of these algorithms through appropriate quantitative assessments.
- Contributing to the formulation of research and development strategies for innovative CT products. Collaborating with internal development teams and research partners to thoroughly evaluate and test prototypes and new offerings.
- Maintaining expertise in clinical and technical domains. Regularly updating the team on advancements in the CT imaging sector and actively pursuing new research project opportunities. Assessing mature technologies for potential integration into medical imaging solutions.
- Engaging in the dissemination of research findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications. Safeguarding innovations through invention disclosures.
Qualifications
Education
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in CT research with a solid record of scientific publications.
- Preferred background in medical imaging, artificial intelligence, and/or clinical practice.
Essential Skills and Attributes

- Strong ambition and effective communication skills.
- Experience in designing CT reconstruction algorithms.
- A proactive approach to learning, with a curiosity to explore innovative applications and creative solutions to complex challenges.
