Advanced Hospice Care Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Pitt and surrounding counties. This per diem position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply a working knowledge of nursing theories and concepts to deliver high-quality patient care
- Coordinate physical care with family, patients, physicians, and the hospice team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals at all levels
- Attend and participate in IDT meetings and quality review as scheduled by agency
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 based on experience and location. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide ongoing education and training opportunities to support your professional growth.
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Successful completion of a nursing education from an approved school of nursing
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year of hospice nursing experience preferred
