Hospice Nursing Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Nursing Specialist. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound care, and medication management.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient records and reports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in good standing in North Carolina.
• At least one year of Acute Care experience and preference for Home Health/Hospice experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
