Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the adult daycare center, including managing staff, setting goals, and ensuring high standards of care.
  • Oversee daily operations, including program development, client care, and facility management to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the center.
  • Develop and manage the center's budget, oversee financial operations, and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Represent the center at community events and work to enhance the center's reputation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Implement ongoing staff development and training programs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth and improve services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a healthcare or social services setting, with a focus on adult care services.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in adult care.
