About Our Company: As a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services provider across 15 states, we are dedicated to delivering quality care in homes, clinics, and day centers. Our team of 80+ clinicians and staff is committed to serving nearly 2,000 children. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing strategy and drive growth. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution in digital marketing, branding, and grassroots outreach, including the development of measurable marketing plans based on insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all digital initiatives and manage campaigns, utilizing data for performance improvements.
  • Oversee branding efforts, including social media, events, and website management.
  • Cultivate relationships with referral partners and focus on grassroots strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth.
  • Manage a small internal team and collaborate with external partners on recruitment marketing.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven digital marketing and campaign management experience is required. A background in grassroots marketing or healthcare is preferred. The successful candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and creative with strong leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range is $150,000 - $160,000+ (commensurate with experience). Benefits include 401K, dental, and health insurance.
