Job Title: New Business Outside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Gothic Landscape, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion in the commercial facilities and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective commercial property clients to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the landscape maintenance business.
  • Market and promote Gothic's landscape maintenance services to commercial property clients, utilizing technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to add value and drive sales.
  • Prospect and bid on new business opportunities through daily cold calling, walk-ins, and other sales activities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and build relationships with clients and property managers.
  • Organize and plan sales activities, including scheduling appointments, client luncheons, and other events as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the commercial facilities and manufacturing sectors, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B contract sales experience in the commercial facilities sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing targeted sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend sales events and meet with clients.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
