Foreperson - Hampton Roads, VA (Residential/Commercial)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Foreperson in Hampton Roads, Virginia. As a key member of our residential/commercial tree care crew, you will be responsible for leading daily tasks, ensuring crew safety and productivity, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, including training and development.
- Notify private property owners of presence on the property and obtain permission to perform specified services.
- Monitor the site for changing safety conditions and related issues.
- Ensure daily work is completed in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements.
- Obey and assure that all company standards, policies, and procedures are complied with by you and your crew.
- Track hours and submit daily through Arborgold software for self and crew.
- Monitor the quality of work and be proactive in bringing issues to the customer's attention by inspecting the job site at the end of each day.
- Oversee equipment and material usage, and cleanup.
- Maintain above-standard customer relations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of supervisory experience within the Tree or Landscape Management Industry (preferred).
- Prior experience in residential/commercial vegetation management, construction, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred.
