Regional Banker/Teller Sanford

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Regional Resource Team in Sanford. As a Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
