Regional Banker/Teller

Position Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Banker/Teller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through proactive sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing and create loyalty.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
• Sales and Service
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Risk Management
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
