Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Use advanced product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales.
    • Engage with customers through friendly conversation and active listening.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cutting counter and cash register.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic.
    • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
    • Collaborate with store management to drive business results and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
