Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Use advanced product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales.
- Engage with customers through friendly conversation and active listening.
- Store Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cutting counter and cash register.
- Team Leadership
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with store management to drive business results and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
